- 2 cups fresh cranberries

- 2 tablespoons grapefruit juice
- 1 teaspoon corn starch
- 2 tablespoons chopped pistachios
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- 2 tablespoons grapefruit zest
- 2 tablespoons cane sugar
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line a baking sail amongst a silicon mat or parchment newspaper together with ready aside.
