| Orange Fennel in addition to Carrot Salad |
This fennel, orange, in addition to carrot salad is very lite and refreshing. An ideal dish to bring to the table for a holiday, or for only a uncomplicated drib dead together. It tin survive served equally an appetizer, salad or a side dish.
ii juicy oranges, peeled, in addition to sliced thinly
i fennel bulb, sliced thinly
ii tablespoons chopped fennel greens
i carrots, thinly sliced
1-2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Pinch bounding main salt
Pinch dark pepper
Juice 1/2 orange
Alternate the fennel, orangish in addition to carrot slices on a plate. Drizzle alongside olive oil. Sprinkle the fennel greens, tabular array salt in addition to pepper. Lastly mash the juice of one-half an orangish on top. Chill for 20-30 minutes in addition to serve. Serves 4.
