| Salmon too Mascarpone Coppa (mold) |
4 newspaper sparse slices of smoked salmon
4 ounces mascarpone
2 ounces Gorgonzola dolce
1 ounce chopped walnuts
Zest of ½ orange
Freshly terra firma mixed pepper
Brie or Camembert cheese
1 drinking glass or ceramic mold
Cover the mold amongst plastic wrap, making certain that it overlaps then that the mold tin live completely covered later adding filling. Place the salmon over the wind to arrange to the shape of the mold.
In a bowl, mix the mascarpone, Gorgonzola, nuts, zest, too pepper. Add this mixture over the salmon inwards the mold too score the laissez passer on amongst a spatula.
